What SMM collects
Trial requests include the contact and company information you submit. Customer dashboards store the confirmed technician names, reporting values, company targets, score settings, and reporting history needed to provide the service.
How the information is used
Service Manager Metrics uses this information to review trial requests, configure and operate customer dashboards, provide support, and maintain subscription status. We do not sell customer or technician information.
Reports and payment cards
CSV and spreadsheet files are read in your browser. SMM saves the dashboard values you confirm, not the original uploaded file. Payment-card details are collected by Stripe on Stripe's hosted checkout page; SMM does not store raw card numbers.
Account protection
Only the authorized customer account and the SMM owner can access a customer dashboard. Passwords cannot be displayed or recovered by SMM. Setup links, reset links, and sessions use protected tokens with expiration and revocation controls.
Website measurement
On public pages, SMM measures page views, visits per browser tab, broad referral sources, device categories, selected link clicks, scroll depth, and reported open, visible, and active time. A random temporary browser-tab identifier connects public pages within a visit. Detailed visit records are retained for up to 30 days and removed as new activity arrives; daily aggregate totals are kept for historical comparison. Anonymous analytics do not collect visitor names, IP addresses, full referral URLs, form contents, or customer dashboard activity. If you select the optional visit-linking checkbox on the trial form, your submitted name, company, and email are connected to this browser-tab visit and displayed only to the SMM owner. The visit connection lasts only while the detailed visit is retained, up to 30 days; the trial request itself is retained for providing the service. Declining this option does not affect your trial request. Submitted contact details are self-reported and do not verify identity. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable activity tracking. Server response counts, errors, and response times are measured separately for website health.
Questions or deletion requests
