What to expect

Who does Scott coach?

Consulting is for the owner or manager. Scott creates personalized training packets for your supervisor to deliver to technicians. It does not include individual coaching calls with every technician or an on-site manager.

Is monthly reporting included in consulting?

Reviewing your reports and setting performance priorities are part of consulting. The $399 service is the separate monthly scorecard, action plan, and review-call package. Discuss whether you need a separate monthly deliverable, and any existing reporting subscription, before buying both.

Do I need a software subscription too?

No software subscription is bundled with these services. You provide reports from your existing system. Purchase an SMM software plan separately if you want to use its dashboard.

How do the monthly payments work?
